Career

Graham Conlon is an English-qualified cross-border/multi-jurisdictional PE, M&A and Joint Ventures partner, as well as the Head of Private Equity for CEE/CIS. Graham trained and worked at Linklaters in London, and has acted on matters in over 40 countries to-date. He holds a Masters in Finance from the London Business School which clients say translates into “an ability to find solutions to very complex situations”. Clients have further remarked that he is “a heavyweight in corporate and M&A” and is “dedicated, very committed, available day and night”.

Recent transactions on which Graham has advised include a major container-terminal joint venture with DP World, an $100m joint venture with Cargill, the acquisition of Partner in Pet Food by Cinven, on HNA Group’s sale of TIP Trailer Services across 17 countries, and on the privatisation/acquisition of a major stake in Agroindbank S.A.
