Career

Borys Danevych is a partner and Head of Life Sciences and Healthcare practices at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang Ukraine, with more than 15 years’ experience working with international pharmaceutical, biotech, research and development, medical devices, consumer products and cosmetics companies, as well as healthcare services providers and health tech organisations. He regularly advises clients on regulatory, anti-counterfeiting, compliance in life sciences, pharmaceutical competition and IP, policy dialogue projects and regulatory disputes. Borys also counsels clients on employment and personal data protection issues, investor-state disputes, and white-collar criminal investigations.

As a leading life sciences lawyer in Ukraine, Borys is widely recognised for his work in the sector. He is ranked in Chambers Europe as a leading IP practitioner, with a focus on life sciences and pharmaceuticals, and enjoys further mentions in Legal 500 for his white-collar, competition and IP advice, as well as life-sciences-related dispute resolution.
