Oleksandra Prysiazhniuk is Senior Associate at Reich-Rohrwig Hainz Kyiv office, which she joined in 2016. Before CMS Oleksandra worked for more than 10 years in renowned international and Ukrainian law firms. Her areas of specialization include Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Employment, Energy and Natural Resources.

She has considerable experience in advising clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, greenfield investments, restructurings and employment matters with an industry focus on agriculture, energy, financial services, pharmaceuticals, commodity trading, tourism and hospitality and others.
