Luís Abreu Coutinho is a Partner in the Real Estate team.

With over 30 years of experience, he develops his activity mainly in the field of real estate and construction law. He has led working groups for the execution of major projects in the industrial and commercial areas, concerning the installation of manufacturing units, shopping centers, large commercial surfaces, mass regularization of the legal situation of buildings belonging to large owner companies in Portugal, and registration of administrative easements in favour of large natural gas concessionaires throughout the country.
