Francisco Xavier de Almeida is a partner and co-heads the Corporate and M&A practice at CMS Portugal. His main areas of focus are corporate and M&A and banking and finance with particular emphasis in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, acquisition financing, bond issues, public offerings, credit securitisation and structured products and securities law.

Francisco is a member of CMS Portugal’s Board of Directors and a member of CMS’s Executive Committee.
