Career
16 years’ experience in government, notably as tax policy adviser to of the Minister of Finance (1993-1995), and as Director international tax affairs (1995-2001). The latter role involved negotiation of tax treaties with foreign countries, and dealing with DECO, EU, and competent authority matters. In parallel (1996-2001) Go-Chairman of the DEGO Forum on Harmful Tax Practices. Equity Partner in the firm since 2001. Also (since 2002) Chairman of the EU Joint Forum of Transfer Pricing. Member of the list of independent persons of standing for the EU Arbitration Convention.
