Position

A partner within the M&A/Corporate/Private Equity Department which he co-directs, Christophe has been advising companies, private investors, managers and investment funds in mergers/acquisitions, joint-venture and private equity (LBO, growth equity, management package) transactions for more than twenty years. He assists his clients with their corporate litigation, including shareholder disputes and disputes relating to company acquisitions/transfers. He regularly assists large- and medium-sized family businesses in matters of governance and handover.

Christophe works in the health sector, more specifically on residential facility and medical biology transactions. He also works in the real estate, hotel and leisure sector and has been hosting conferences in the hotel and leisure sector for several years

Career

He joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 1998. He was co-opted as partner in 2006. Cabinet Veil Armfelt Jourde (1994-1998).

Le cabinet intervient notamment sur la structuration de fonds immobiliers et de fonds de private equity. Il traite les problématiques transactionnelles, réglementaires et fiscales.
