Peter Huber is partner and Head of the CMS Austria International Transaction Team and has decades of professional experience in the field of corporate transactions, including more than four years with leading investment banks. Peter Huber advises numerous large Austrian companies and major shareholders as well as shareholder groups on corporate transactions, restructurings, shareholder agreements and management structures as well as on legal issues arising from shareholder activism.
