Enzo is partner and leads the Employment & Pensions group for CMS Carey & Allende. His professional practice focuses on advising domestic and international clients on labour law matters, including arrangements for foreign workers, international social security agreements, collective bargaining, labour law litigation and norm compliance.
He advises foreign companies from various industries, throughout the stages of hiring personnel, the establishment of special employment conditions, the structuring of payment packages and on termination of employment.
He participates on corporate and tax issues, and participates in all due diligence processes related to M&A operations.
Enzo has been a speaker in ABA international forums, on matters related to labour law.
