Position
Lidia Dziurzynska-Leipert is a partner and head of the Construction Group within the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS. She also heads the hotel & leisure sector group, advising both landlords and operators on projects in the accommodation sector, as well as heading the German Desk at CMS Poland. Lidia focuses her practice on legal advice in connection with major construction undertakings (including major infrastructure projects, e.g. railway, road, waste treatment, plants, stadiums, development projects, etc.) and construction disputes. Furthermore she advises clients on real estate transactions (asset and share deal) in the main asset classes (office, hotel, retail and the logistics sector). Lidia also has extensive experience in working on project development, as well as on lease agreements.
Career
Before joining CMS, Lidia Dziurzyńska-Leipert was a partner in the German law firm Beiten Burkhardt, where she managed a team specialising in real estate and litigation. She has also worked with Clifford Chance and Droste Boesebeck.
