Rafał Zwierz is a Partner and Head of the Corporate/M&A Department and Head of Capital Markets Practice at CMS Poland. He has represented issuers and underwriters in several Polish and multi-jurisdictional equity offerings, including offerings under Rule 144A and Regulation S. He has also advised on numerous M&A transactions and financial restructurings.
Polish-qualified legal advisor (2004), a US-qualified attorney (State of New York) (2000) and a UK-qualified solicitor (2002). Prior to joining CMS in 2018, Rafał had worked for 17 years with Weil Gotshal & Manges in New York, London and Warsaw.
