Senior Associate


Mariusz Minkiewicz is an advocate and a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Department at CMS.

He specialises in contentious matters. At CMS he provides vice in the scope of criminal and civil procedural law. He is experienced in preparing legal opinions, drafting pleadings in civil and criminal proceedings, analysing evidence, as well as in representing clients in courts and before law enforcement authorities. Mariusz has also participated in conducting numerous internal investigations.

In the field of construction disputes, Mariusz Minkiewicz has extensive experience in representing both contractors, including contractors for investments involving the construction of biomass-fired power units, as well as developers in disputes with contractors and housing associations.

He successfully advises clients conducting negotiations, both at the pre-trial and court stages.

Together with the other members of the CMS Team, Mariusz was awarded 1st place in the Lewiatan Arbitration Moot Court organised by the Arbitration Lewiatan Court in 2015.
