Career

Sławomir Czerwiński is a Partner in the in the Corporate / M&A Department and a Lead Partner in the Private Equity practice at CMS Poland. He specialises in M&A, corporate and commercial work, with a particular focus on private equity transactions and the healthcare, financial services, FMCG and infrastructure sectors. Sławomir has advised private equity houses and corporates on a number of investments, exits, joint ventures and mergers. He also has extensive experience in corporate governance issues.
