Maria Zrno is engaged on corporate, competition law and data protection mandates.

She has participated in various national and international M&A transactions and financing projects concerning real estate, investments in industry and new technologies, banking, energy and other regulates industries, etc.

She regularly advises clients on competition, data protection and other compliance matters, and holds seminars and trainings on the topics. Marija’s experience in these areas covers the full scope of industries, including construction, tourism and services industries, and banking and finance industry.

Marija’s experience on projects from various fields of industry and her good knowledge of national and European laws and practice make a valuable contribution to the understanding and improving of our clients’ business operations.

She completed her master’s degree in European law at the College of Europe in Bruges.

She is fluent in Croatian and English.
