She is a key member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Department, and also deals with general commercial matters including data protection and competition law issues 

Catherine has many years experience of company secretarial work. She deals with: the incorporation of companies and limited liability partnerships; drafting of constitutional documents; preparation of minutes; resolutions and notices; applications for strike-off; and ongoing compliance issues

Catherine is also closely involved in the due diligence and disclosure aspects of corporate transactions
