John is the chairman of the company and head of the corporate and commercial team. He acts for a wide range of clients bringing his legal expertise and a pragmatic, commercial approach to mergers and acquisitions, restructures and commercial contracts. John’s experience spans over 30 years in company and commercial law, during which he has advised companies and other organisations on a wide range of transactions and agreements. John is proud to have long-standing and close working relationships with many of his clients. His helpful, pragmatic and commercial approach to problems solving has resulted in a strong and loyal client base and high level of client referral.

He is regularly instructed on the sale and purchase of shares and businesses; management buy-ins and buy outs; shareholders’ agreements and group re-organisations and drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements of high valued for UK and international clients.
