In addition to hands-on collections, Richard supervised one of the largest collections teams in the country, and was responsible for all staff and client training concerning recoveries.

Richard was recommended in the The Legal 500 UK 2013 edition, and Shoosmiths’ debt recovery department has maintained a Tier 1 ranking within the Legal 500 UK South East region for the last 11 years.
