Position

Andrew is a Director in Spratt Endicott’s commercial property department. He carries out a broad range of work with a focus on commercial development and corporate occupiers. He represents, among others, an international automotive group and has acquired a number of sites for development by it as car dealership showrooms. He also has secured lending experience having acted for various banks and, in particular, one taking charges over agricultural land and farming estates.
