As a Partner in Wiggin and Dana's Outsourcing and Technology Practice Group, she has extensive experience negotiating complex, competitively bid business process outsourcing (BPO) and information technology outsourcing (ITO) transactions across North and South America, Europe, and Asia.

Tamia advises customers and suppliers in the development, procurement, distribution, implementation, maintenance, and use of technology-enabled products and services. Her experience spans a wide variety of vertical industries, including hospitality, retail, insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and financial services. She also helps clients negotiate complex software development and license transactions, agreements for robotics and data automation, strategic alliances and joint ventures, consulting and professional services engagements, and other technology-driven transactions.

Tamia has been ranked as “Up an Coming” in Chambers USA – Nationwide, Outsourcing category and noted as having a “burgeoning reputation for her abilities in supplier-side outsourcing work, with notable strengths across contract bidding processes, implementation and post-contract support.”

She is recommended in The Legal 500 U.S. 2018 editorial in the Media, Technology and Telecoms – Outsourcing practice group.


Tamia’s global practice focuses on helping outsourcing and technology suppliers structure, negotiate, and document the full range of offshore and near-shore transactions. 


Tamia earned her J.D. summa cum laude from Pace University School of Law and her B.S. magna cum laude as a University Honor Scholar from New York University. Tamia was selected for membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society for collegiate schools of business. During law school, Tamia served as Managing Editor of the Pace Law Review, was awarded the Academic Excellence Law Trustee Scholarship, and, as class valedictorian, received the University Faculty Award for Outstanding Scholastic Achievement.
