Career
Carolina is a founding member of GRZ and has been in professional practice for more than 25 years. She was a partner at KPMG and Deloitte in Peru (17 years). She specializes in tax and corporate advice; the structuring of business reorganization operations, business collaboration contracts and investment projects, in general; as well as the sponsorship of controversies of a fiscal nature.
She is a lawyer from the University of Lima, with postgraduate studies at that university and at the University of Navarra (Spain). Member of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law and the International Fiscal Association – Peruvian Group. She has been a speaker for Peru at the 2015 Basel Congress organized by the International Fiscal Association.
