María Guadalupe Llamas López is a Senior Associate in Vazquez Aldana, Hernandez Gomez & Asociados, with more tan 30 years of experience in Notarial, Registry and Corporate Law, as well as in Real Estate.

Guadalupe has focused her practice in civil law and real estate, preparing civil and commercial contracts and real estate transactions representing banks and real estate developers, including mortgage transactions and developing agreements as well as real estate subdivisions, creation of a condominium property regime, usufruct consolidation, purchase agreements, lease contracts and settlement agreements.

She has experience in loan transaction and incorporation of collateral securities with different financial institutions, among others Banco Santander (Mexico), S.A., Banco Nacional de México, S.A. (Citibanamex), Banco Regional de Monterrey, S.A., Bansi, S.A., Banco Mercantil del Norte, S.A. and Scotiabank Inverlat, S.A.

Likewise, in the Corporate Law area she assists companies in the regularization process of all their legal matters, creation of commercial and civil corporations, as well as in the preparation of corporate documents, their notarization and granting of powers, etcetera

She obtained a Masters in Corporate Law from Universidad Tecnológica de México (UNITEC) with academic excellence. She has assisted to several seminaries in the Notary Public Mexican Bar (Colegio Nacional del Notariado Mexicano, A.C.).
