Cristina Vázquez Aldana Urrutia is Partner in Vazquez Aldana, Hernandez Gomez & Asociados in the Corporate Law and Real Estate Practices.

Career

She has developed herself in the Notarial Law area, being responsible mainly of property mortgage and loans with Banking Institutions, credit organizations or governmental agencies, and for real estate developments.

 

In her common practice, she offers legal advice in connection with loan agreements and real estate transactions especially in mortgage transactions representing lenders.  She also covers estate planning and trusts. Cristina is directly involved in the process of creating and operating Trusts. Keeping a control and supervision in all the banking aspects related to the Public Deeds.

 

She has wide expertise and continuous practice in Real Estate, with the drafting of all kind of contracts for property transfer.

 

Within the Registry Law area, she regularly follows-up each one of the processes, monitoring at the corresponding governmental authorities or the private agencies, like the land registry administration or the record before the Public Registry of Commerce and Property, until its completion, being the internal decision for the attainment of multiple notarial procedures.

 

Likewise, in the Corporate Law area she assists companies in the regularization process of all their legal aspects, such as the advice for the incorporation of companies, preparation of minutes and their notarization.

Languages

Spanish, English and French.
She is expert translator of English and Spanish languages by the Supreme Court of the State of Jalisco. 

Education

Cristina obtained her Law Degree from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO). She obtained a Masters in Law from UNITEC and a Corporate Law diploma course.
