His practice is focused in international construction and infrastructures disputes. He currently acts as counsel to international concessionaires in arbitrations under the ICC and ICDR Rules of Arbitration against States and State entities. Prior to joining Zuleta Abogados, Mr. Castro lead the Public Law and Infrastructure Practice of Gómez-Pinzón Zuleta Abogados and worked as a member of the accession team at the World Trade Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.
