Andrea Moya is a partner at CorralRosales. She has more than 10 years’ experience representing local and international clients in tax and customs – related matters. Andrea leads the tax area at ​​CorralRosales and works across the food and beverage, retail, distribution of services, aeronautics and TMT industries. 
 
Andrea provides consulting services and represents clients in administrative and judicial processes. She is also a leader in the development of strategies and the generation of tax structures locally and internationally. 
 
Andrea has vast experience of due diligence in tax matters, in the analysis and definition of the possible fiscal consequences of company acquisitions or merger processes, as well as in risk analysis of complex transactions and the generation of tax planning structures. 
 
Andrea actively participates in forums and conferences on fiscal and customs issues and has published numerous articles on these topics. She is part of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and she is vice president of the Specialized Tax Commission of ICC Ecuador. 
 
Andrea has been recognized by Latin Lawyer, The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
