Career
Felipe Samaniego is a partner at CorralRosales. He has more than 12 years of experience focusing on Regulatory, especially on matters related to Advertising, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical, Biological, Agricultural, Veterinary, Cosmetic, Hygiene Products, Food and Beverage Law.
Felipe leads the Regulatory department, where he oversees processes for obtaining permits and authorizations, due diligence, defense of clients in administrative and judicial processes, management of complex matters and crisis management. He also handles foreign trade and quality standards issues, and other processes required for the sale and exploitation of products and services.
Felipe is in charge of a team of technicians specialized in different industries, which allows for a comprehensive legal and technical advice to our clients.
