Sofía Rosales is an associate at CorralRosales. She develops her activities in the firm’s Corporate Practice.

Her work includes responding legal queries on corporate matters of companies. She assists on incorporations, corporate structuring and restructuring, divisions, dissolution of companies, among others. She also provides assistance in due diligence processes and review of contracts. Sofía also participates in local and international mergers and acquisitions processes.

Prior to joining CorralRosales, Sofía gained experience in the areas of dispute resolution, banking and finance, and corporate in prestigious law firms in Madrid.

Education

Sofía graduated from a dual degree program of law and business administration from Universidad Ceu San Pablo in Madrid and holds a double master’s degree in Advocacy and Corporate Law from IE Law School.
