Andrea Miño is an associate in CorralRosales. She has more than six years of experience in the areas of Administrative Law, Intellectual Property and Administrative Litigation.

Andrea is part of the Intellectual Property Administrative Litigation team.

She is a graduate from the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja, she studied for a Master’s degree in Patents, Trademarks and Intellectual Property from the University of Barcelona and OBS Business School. She is currently cursing a Procedural Law specialization at the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar.

Her experience in the field of Intellectual Property covers the private, public and supranational area. She served as an external intern in the Bolivian office from the Andean Tribunal Court of Justice, carrying out draft Preliminary Interpretations for Intellectual Property processes in judicial proceedings; she worked also at Ecuadorian IP Office, where she was in charge of substantiating and resolving some administrative procedures, and then became part of the Legal Department of this Institution.
