He was a career magistrate at the São Paulo State Court of Appeals from 1983 to 2019 and sat as an Appellate Judge for the 6th Criminal Chamber.
Marco is a Full Professor in Criminal Procedural Law at the PUC-SP Faculty of Law, Visiting Professor at the University of Lisbon, and Full Professor at the European University.
