Chávez Vargas Minutti Abogados banking and finance group represents clients in a range of financial transactions, including the structuring of all types of financing arrangements. A reliable Mexico City-based partner-trio comprised of Brian Minutti, who of late has focused on structured finance deals; public finance specialist Jose Antonio Chávez; and Alejandro Carreño, who mainly works with financial institutions and has established a fine track record in real estate financings, co-head the practice. Chávez Vargas Minutti Abogados is an established presence in Mexico’s projects and infrastructure market, advising clients on implementing projects, PPP, the preparation of legal documents for bid procedures (and participation in the same), as well as the implementation, financing and development of its clients’ respective projects, including matters related to toll roads, water and drainage, transport, and social infrastructure such as hospitals and prison facilities, among others. The practice is co-led by Jose Antonio Chavez Vargas , who has deep experience in the implementation and design of PPP structures for the development of infrastructure; and Alejandro Carreño, who focuses on project finance and was elected to the partnership in November 2021.
