Career

Pedro Demartini concentrates his practice on judicial and administrative tax litigation in the federal, state and municipal spheres. His professional experience includes support in tax regulation, including preventive, and strategic advice in inspection procedures. He also focus his activities in drafting legal opinions addressing tax issues, general tax consulting, as well as support to clients in issues related to third party tax liability, mergers and acquisitions and due diligence proceedings.
