Luis Felipe Spinelli has more than 15 years of experience in the areas of Corporate Law and Restructuring and Insolvency, having provided legal counseling to national and international clients in transactions and noteworthy cases during this period, in addition to matters of Estate and Succession Planning. 

With a solid academic background, he is a professor of Corporate Law at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) Law School and the author of several books and articles, besides being a speaker in events related to the area.
