Jorge has vast experience dealing with contracts, chiefly concerning procurement, sales, distribution, M&A, EPC, energy, and real estate contracts, as well as government contracts. Over the years, he has successfully advised clients from the technology, contruction, entertainment, energy, tobacco, electronic, and machinery sectors regarding contractual issues, taking part of negotiations and/or litigation. He has also been involved in several very important tort cases in Brazil. Frequently Jorge undertakes the role of arbitrator, being included in the arbitrators list of the most important Brazilian centers for Arbitration and Mediation.
