Paola has been working for over 25 years in matters related to corporate law, corporate contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, as well as corporate matters of privately held companies and listed companies.

​Paola was responsible for the legal corporate department of a Brazilian listed company for approximately 10 years. Additionally, she worked in the Primary Markets area of Standard New York Securities, Inc. (Standard Bank Group) both in Miami, FL and New York, NY from June 2001 to April 2004, and served as visiting attorney from October 1999 to July 2000 at Ruden, McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russel – Miami, FL.

​Paola also offers legal advice to national and foreign companies regarding matters related to intellectual property and data protection.
