Litigation and arbitration: Cohen & Gresser regularly represent clients in a broad range of complex commercial, business, and financial disputes in France and in the international arena. The team has particular experience with M&A litigation, shareholders’ disputes, and breach of contract disputes, as well as with matters relating to litigation before the French financial market authority (AMF), including insider trading, market manipulation, fraud, and misinformation. Tax: C&G’s tax practice serves a wide and diversified client base, ranging from individuals to multinational corporations. The team has extensive experience with corporate tax, private client tax issues, tax litigation, and real estate tax restructuring.

Technology: The Paris office has experience in a wide range of technology, media, and telecoms matters, as well as privacy and data protection. The team has substantial experience with technology transactions, including outsourcing agreements, cloud computing, infrastructure agreements, software/technology licensing, software implementation, and distribution and partnership agreements. They also represent clients in matters related to internet and e-commerce, such as adtech, digital rights management, fintech, e-payments, big data, cyber security, and gaming.
