Guillaume Seligmann is a partner in Cohen & Gresser’s Paris office and leads its French technology, privacy, and data protection practice.  His practice focuses on all aspects of technology, advising clients on a broad range of technology transactions, disputes, and regulatory matters, both within France and internationally.  He counsels clients on software licensing and disputes, outsourcing, cloud computing, data privacy, cybersecurity, big data, digital media, and other e-commerce and internet-related issues.  He also has substantial experience advising on matters related to telecom networks, VoIP, and satellite telecommunications as well as technology pertaining to the defense, aerospace, and robotics industries.
