In other matters, the team is advising ODINSA on the sale of its participation in the Santa Marta Paraguachón road concession to Ashmore Andean Fund, and assisting Grupo Sacyr–Valoriza with the financing process of its Área Limpia concession. Other clients include Shikun & Binui, Mota-Engil, Grupo Grodco and Fondo de Capital Privado Inverlink Estructuras.
