Joined CBSG in May 2000 and became partner in 2012. He heads the Shipping and Transport practice, area in which he acts both in disputes and transactional work, especially in complex cases with international ties. On the disputes’ side, however, he has a broader practice, which includes insurance and reinsurance litigation and arbitration and more than 10 years of experience representing banks and other creditors in high profile disputes, high stake credit recovery litigation and some of the largest bankruptcy and restructuring cases in the country.
