Tanoira Cassagne Abogados’s competition department covers all antitrust matters including antitrust behaviours, merger notifications and litigation. The team is particularly noted for its antitrust investigations and litigation work in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical and retail sectors. Merger-control filings for national and cross-border deals are also covered, with preventative advice on antitrust practices offered too. The team also handles consumer litigation matters (as plaintiff or defendant), and participates in complex lawsuits and class actions. Team head Francisco Rondoletti, whose practice encompasses competition law, consumer protection and trade regulation, has represented national and multinational companies in class actions and product liability cases.
