Career
Mariangela Pellerano joined Pellerano & Herrera in 2003 and became partner in 2012. Mariangela advises local and international companies in project financing, mergers and acquisitions and corporate matters. She regularly assists local and foreign banks and multilateral institutions in syndicated and private equity investments.Mariangela has participated in the most complex business deals in the Dominican Republic among them Barrick Gold’s 1.2 billion syndicated loan and largest foreign investment registered in the country, US$2.5 billion bond issuance to the Dominican State, and Ambev’s acquisition of the largest Dominican brewery, largest acquisition deal in the country’s history.
