Lucy ObjíoPellerano & Herrera

Pellerano & Herrera‘s dispute resolution practice remains the first port of call for plaintiffs and defendants in high-profile criminal cases – something which is reflected by its representation of former Red Sox baseball player David Ortiz in ongoing criminal and civil proceedings – and also stands out for its strength in shareholder disputes, distribution-related litigation, and administrative and tax cases. At the head of the practice, Vitelio Mejía Ortiz has a wealth of experience in litigation (with significant expertise in tax and sports-related disputes) and Lucy Objío is a key name for commercial, criminal and labour litigation. Sheila Oviedo, who was promoted to partner in April 2023, and senior associate Yolemny Cruz are also skilled in the full range of litigation.

Senior associate Sheila Oviedo is also active in both individual and collective labour disputes.
