Career

Alejandro Nila R. is a partner at the firm and heads the Labor Law practice. His experience is focused in the areas of Planning, Consultancy and Labor Strategies -both individual and collective, Social Security, and the implementation of the Federal Labor Law and its regulatory provisions.

Alejandro has over 25 years of experience in labor matters, representing the interests of domestic and foreign companies. He counsels clients in their negotiations with unions related with different collective labor matters. He advises and represents multinational companies in the implementation of labor and employment best practices. He has extensive experience in litigation and counseling in various labor matters, including union matters. He has also participated in several publications on amendments to labor legislation.

Alejandro’s clients include Fortune 500 multinational companies in the aviation, mining, services, maquiladora, financial, and energy industries.
