Career

César is a partner in Consortium Legal – El Salvador. With more than 30 years of experience in the areas of Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, representing companies in the financial, industrial, construction and/or individual sectors. He has extensive experience in Civil, Trade, Labor (individual and collective disputes), Economic Criminal matters, both in judicial offices and national and international arbitration venues.

He has participated in many Civil, Labor and Commercial cases representing local and international companies. Also, he has been part of some of the largest cases nationwide in El Salvador. Additionally, he has acted as an advisor on National Legislation, in proceedings before courts and arbitration venues, in the United States of America and some European countries.

Within the firm, he has directed the Litigation Department for more than 10 years, where he has been represented before various institutions, either directly or by the team that makes up that department. He has intervened as an advisor in boards of directors of different companies and foundations and has also collaborated in the creation and monitoring of non-profit foundations and associations, as part of the firm’s pro bono programs.
