Career

Roxana’s expertise is mainly intellectual Property and Corporate Law She has focused in specialized due diligence processes for foreign clients, which derive in the establishment and diversification of companies for the acquisition of private and public companies; corporate reorganizations; specialized advise in contractual and investment issues, among others.

She has also been involved in assisting diverse national and international Banks and financial institutions, as well as companies in individual and syndicated loans; collateral structuring and project finance.

As part of her professional experience, Roxana worked in the International Department of Baker & McKenzie in Dallas, Texas in year 2000 and in the Legal Department of International Paper Company/Evergreen Packaging in Memphis, Tennessee.

In addition, Roxana is the Partner of the Firm in charge of strategic management issues, among which are structuring new areas of practice; incorporation of new talents to the Firm; development of the professional internal career of the legal and administrative staff; management of the relations with the international networks to which the Firm belongs; assurance of the compliance of the international quality standards under which the Firm is ruled and management of strategic new business matters to assure their compliance. Her works is focused on the successful compliance by the Divisions of the Firm of the annual strategies given by the Shareholders.

As part of her education, Roxana has participated in diverse national and international seminars and courses in Commercial Law, Telecommunications, Central American Mortgage, New Civil and Commercial Procedures Code, among others.

Roxana is an active member of the Legal Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce (Amcham).
