Career

Ms. Villalobos holds over 12 years of expertise in different legal areas, this, in addition to a respectable career as a University professor has given her an edge to assume a new career challenge directing the Notarial and Public Registration areas of the Firm.

She has a Law Degree from Universidad “Francisco Gavidia” (El Salvador), has received training in the Central American Community Law, and has received the Pre Doctorate Course on Law from Universidad “Francisco Gavidia” (El Salvador) in coordination with Universidad Rey Juan Carlos II (Spain). She has also been certified as an international credential grantor for Latin American Law Schools and Faculties by the Instituto Internacional de Acreditacion del Derecho (IIDEA). She is an authorized Lawyer and Notary Public in El Salvador

Since her incorporation to LatinAlliance in May 2015, she has become the right hand of the founding partner José Adolfo Torres advising on multimillion-dollar credit line transactions, working side by side in important cases for Banco de Fomento Agropecuario and Banco Centroamericano de Integración Económica.

Norma has participated in important operations, such as: – Grupo Terra´s financing operations by Grupo Financiero G&T Continental for the purchase of the Cuscatlan Tower (Torre Cuscatlan) and other assets, for amounts of US$4,500,000.00 and US$9,300,000.00. – Financing for Calidad Inmobiliaria (Proyecciones Locales, S.A. de C.V.) by Grupo Financiero G&T Continental, for the construction of the Insigne Tower (Torre Insigne), for an amount of US$17,000,000.00.

– Different financing operations granted to JOR, S.A. DE C.V., by Grupo Financiero G&T Continental, for the construction and development of the Golf Club “El Encanto” for more than US$52,800,000.00.

– Financing of DESARROLLOS INMOBILIARIOS CASCADAS, S.A. DE C.V., with Grupo Financiero G&T Continental for working capital, for an amount of US$35,000,000.0.

– Financing of LAS CASCADAS MULTISERVICIOS, S.A. DE C.V., with Banco Industrial, S.A., for investment in construction of Hipermall Las Cascadas Shopping Center, for an amount of US$9,500,000.00 and US$8,000,000.00.
