Career
Fausto Fernández joins the firm in order to provide specialized consulting in Tourism. Graduated Magna Cum Laude in Law in 2004, Fausto Fernández has an extensive professional career in the Savings and Loan System and Commercial Banking of the Dominican Republic, where he worked for 20 uninterrupted years, reaching leadership positions in the area of business and administration.
Since 2008, for 12 years he specialized in issues related to the development and sustainability of the Dominican Tourism Sector, leading inter-institutional relations with the main actors in the sector, and serving as a strategic link both nationally and internationally, representing the Dominican Republic in the large platforms of the traditional and emerging markets that emit tourists most important for the country and tourism worldwide.
He has taken courses and diplomas focused on Real Estate Registration, Notarial Law, Civil Procedural Law, among others.
Fausto Fernández has developed his professional practice in Civil and Criminal Proceedings, Cooperativism, Public Procurement and advice on tourism matters.
