Career

José Miguel Luperón has worked at the firm since 2019, practicing as a lawyer. Admitted to professional practice in 2009.

In 2013, he completed his postgraduate studies in Constitutional Law and Fundamental Rights at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). In the city of Albacete, Spain at the University of Castilla La-Mancha, he completed the Master’s Degree Program in Fundamental Rights and Freedoms and their Guarantees. In 2019, he became an Anti Money Laundering Certified Associate (AMLCA). He has participated in seminars and workshops related to Commercial Arbitration, Contracts, the Anti Money Laundering Law and Financing of Terrorism, among others. José Miguel forms part of the Florida International Bankers Association (FIBA).
