Career

Nicole Guerrero forms part of the firm since 2015, where she started as a paralegal while completing her law studies. Admitted to professional practice in 2018, with academic distinction Magna Cum Laude.

She completed her postgraduate studies on International Business Law in the city of Paris, France, and is currently pursuing an online Master’s Degree in New Technologies Law. Nicole has participated in seminars and workshops related to Commercial Arbitration, Construction Arbitration, the Law on Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, Public-Private Partnerships, among others. She completed a Diploma in Business Law. She forms part of the Justice and Legislation Committee of the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs (ANJE).

Her current exercise focuses on Corporate and Commercial Law, Intellectual Property and Immigration Law, as well as providing ongoing advice to clients regarding contractual and regulatory matters, corporate structuring and commercial dealings in the areas of gaming, entertainment and real estate development. Collaborates with partners and associates on transactions of all types of businesses.
