Juan Felipe obtained a perfect score in its JD admission (400/400), was exempt from presenting his final exams due to its high score in the Estate Superior Education Tests. He was awarded a partial scholarship in his first postgraduate study. Best known for its strength in IP matters, particularly patents, OlarteMoure actually has wider sector expertise and advises an array of blue-chip clients -particularly in the food and beverage sector- on antitrust, unfair competition and consumer law matters. Indeed, clients ‘feel confident, secure and well represented‘ by the team. 13-strong, the practice is led by name partners Carlos Olarte and Juan Guillermo Moure in conjunction with litigation and ADR practice director, Juan Felipe Acosta (who also handles merger filings); additionally, associates Camilo Andrade and Santiago Lombana were appointed practice co-chairs in May 2020.
