Denise Salles is a partner in the Corporate and M&A practices. She is also the co-head of the firm’s Compliance practice for the LAC region. With more than 25 years of experience, she represents national and international clients in a wide range of industries, such as life sciences, payment services, construction, infrastructure, real estate, financial services and energy.

Denise has extensive experience in corporate law, corporate transactions, contracts, foreign investment, and in compliance related matters, with focus on internal investigations, due dilligences, risk assessments, trainings and structuring of compliance programs.

Denise is also recognized as one of the leading corporate and compliance lawyer in Brazil by Latin Lawyer, Legal 500 and Análise Advocacia.
