Career

Anne Chang is a partner in Technology and Digital Law at Vella Pugliese Buosi e Guidoni Advogados. Her experience includes working in large law firms and renowned investment consultancies. She is currently director of the Institute of Technology & Innovation of Berkeley Global Society and co-author of books and articles, including the whitepaper “Blockchain and Health IT: Algorithms, Privacy and Data” (MIT Experimental Learning, 2016), a pioneer in blockchain and health, and a resident mentor at Eretz.Bio (Einstein accelerator), B2Mamy (focused on women) and ABStartups.
